Your order Fifi au Jardin as a gift

If you select this option when placing your order, it will be delivered gift-wrapped in accordance with our quality approach to sustainable development (raffia, recycled cardboard and tissue paper, and Fifi au jardin® tags and feather logo).

You can include a short message with your order by specifying it in the "comments/special message" field when you place your order. In this field, you can enter a message or request a small sheet that you can personalize yourself.

You can also contact us by e-mail to enclose an invoice without price with your gift order. An invoice without price will then be inserted in your package. A duplicate of the original invoice with price will also be downloadable directly by mail upon request to our sales department.

Any estimate sent and any invoice issued must be validated and signed. Hence, it generates an order which must be paid before any reception of products and creations, sold and staged by Fifi au jardin®.

All transactions made on our Fifiaujardin.fr site are secure. The presence of a padlock icon next to the address of the page beginning with " https " indicates that you are in a secure website.

Thanks to the secure payment system via Stripe, the security of payments made with Visa® and Mastercard® is enhanced by the "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode” payment methods. You can find more information on the website of our card payment provider.

Furthermore, FIFI AU JARDIN SAS set up security measures to protect the personal data you provide against unauthorized access and use. Please be aware, however, that the transmission of data over the Internet is never 100% secure and that any information you provide online can potentially be collected and used by someone other than the intended recipient.

Please note: You will be asked for your credit card security code (or cryptogram) when you place your order. This is a unique code that secures online transactions for credit card payments. This code is located:

- either on the back of your credit card in the signature field. It is composed of 3 digits (e.g. Visa or MasterCard),

- or on the front and above your card number. It is then composed of 4 digits (e.g. American Express card).

For payments by cheque or bank transfer, we only validate your order once we have received confirmation of your payment.

Delivery of the wonderful things ordered on Fifiaujardin.fr

Shipping is free for orders over €250, except in the case of certain promotional codes if you apply them to your order when paying for your purchases online.

All orders placed on Fifiaujardin.fr, our chic and enchanting online shop, can be shipped to all countries with additional charges, with the exception of the People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) which requires special authorization.

Once your orders have been validated, they are delivered within 3 to 4 working days for deliveries in metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany; and within 5 to 15 days for all other countries abroad.

Our sales department sends you an e-mail at each new stage of delivery of your order in order to ensure complete follow-up.

For security reasons, Fifi au jardin® will not process any order for which delivery is requested by poste restante or post office box. All Fifi au jardin® parcels are hand-delivered to the addressee and therefore no parcel will be dropped in a letter box of insufficient capacity.

We can also deliver to your hotel or holiday home. To do this, please enter the name of the hotel or property in the "company" field when entering your delivery address. Please remember to indicate the dates of your stay in the "additional information/message" field so that we can ensure that we are able to deliver to you in time. If this is not the case, we will contact you again to let you know.

Pick up in shop

You can pick up the products you ordered on our website Fifiaujardin.fr in our main shops:

This service is only available in certain locations and for certain products when you choose the delivery method for your order.

You will receive an e-mail to confirm the arrival of your order in the shop. You will then have 30 days to collect it.

To collect your order, please arrive at the chosen shop location. You must bring the following items:

- the e-mail confirming the availability of your order (printed or on your phone screen)

- an identity document.

Our sales department will send you an e-mail at each new step of your order to ensure complete follow-up.

Enchanting and chic online shop

 

Any problem with your order? We do everything to avoid it.

You have the possibility of returning, for an exchange or a refund, any product ordered on the website Fifiaujardin.fr within 10 calendar days of the date of delivery. The purchase invoice - or a copy in case of a partial return - must be joined along with returned products.

The return of one of our creations, in case of exchange or refund request, is at your expense.

If the items were a gift, you can only exchange them for items of the same value. Please contact our sales department.

The following conditions apply to returns of 'Fifi Boxes':

- the product must not be opened and must be returned in its original packaging (recycled paper and cardboard or box);

- in case of return of a product received with damage, the customer must ensure that the creation will remain in the same condition as at the time of receiving (if not, please contact our sales department at commandes@fifiaujardin.fr).

Fifi au jardin® shops and distributors do not offer refunds for creations purchased on our website Fifiaujardin.fr

If there is a refund, we do our best to process as quickly as possible, within 30 working days following receipt of your return at our workshop.
